In LoL Pro Career there are three ways your career can end: retiring normally, your parents’ trust bottoming out in your student years, and failing to go pro by the deadline age. Here are the conditions for each ending and how to avoid them, laid out like a collection.
1. Normal Retirement Endings (5 score grades)
If you play as a pro and retire automatically at 35, or press the Retire button in Settings, your grade is set by your retirement score. Pressing “Quit Game” in Settings as an amateur is handled the same way, but with no titles it usually ends in a low grade.
| Grade | Score needed | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 🏆 Legend | 200+ points | An overwhelming record that usually includes multiple World Championship titles. |
| 🥇 Legendary Player | 150+ points | A top-tier record combining international titles, a high OVR and assets. |
| 🥈 Top League Player | 110+ points | An ace-level record with league titles or MVPs stacked up. |
| 🥉 Solid Pro | 85+ points | A pro record of consistent play with a high OVR. |
| 📘 Disappointing Career | Under 85 points | A career that finished with almost no titles. |
The score formula is explained in detail in the retirement score guide. The easiest ways to raise your grade are World Championship titles and buying assets.
2. Parents’ Trust Endings (hidden, 5)
Condition: if your parents’ trust reaches 0 during your amateur years at 19 or under, your parents confiscate your computer and one of the endings below is picked at random. The score is 0 points.
- 📚 Perfect CSAT Score, Off to Med School: after your computer is confiscated you study fiercely and get into medical school. Now a professor of rehabilitation medicine specializing in esports.
- 🏛️ Passed the Civil Service Exam: you became a civil servant as your parents wished, and secretly playing solo queue after work is your only joy.
- 🍗 Fried Chicken Shop Owner: you take over the shop and become an owner with a 4.9-star delivery app rating.
- 🌱 Young Farmer: you move back to your parents’ place in the countryside to farm, and with slow internet 300 ping is normal.
- 🎮 Casual Hobby Gamer: you gave up the pro dream but live on as an ordinary summoner playing for fun with friends.
How to avoid it: begging for allowance and choosing “Queue Up First” in the event cut trust sharply. Trust recovers by 10 at the end of each season, so if it drops below 30, recover it with part-time jobs or by ending the season. With grade A or S talent you can protect trust with “Ask Your Parents,” and if you get the “Full Support” event at 15–16, the trust system disappears altogether afterward.
3. Deadline Endings (failing to go pro, 5)
Condition: happens when you reach age 23 with no pro career and no signing or training offers available. The score is also 0 points, and one of the endings below is picked at random.
- 🎓 Ordinary College Student: you went to college, and at the campus LoL tournament they still call you the ace.
- 🖥️ PC Café Owner: you opened a PC café with your savings, and nobody gives customers better rank advice.
- 🎙️ Small-Time LoL Streamer: you started streaming for 30 viewers, and the people in chat feel like family.
- 📋 Amateur Team Coach: you never made it as a player, but teaching juniors opened your eyes to analysis.
- 💼 Ordinary Office Worker: you became an ordinary employee who leaves on time and duo queues after work.
How to avoid it: clear the Challengers League requirement of OVR 74 (solo queue Diamond level) after age 16 and before the deadline. If you fall short, you can get a team academy training offer at Emerald (OVR 66) or higher with ₩3M in tuition, or raise your stats at a cram school. See the Road to Going Pro for details.
Tips for Collecting Endings
- You can only see the 5 parent endings when trust hits 0, so you can reach them by repeatedly begging for allowance with an ordinary-talent player.
- To see the 5 deadline endings, you have to reach 23 with your OVR below the requirement and without saving the training fee (₩3M) either.
- High normal-retirement grades require titles. Go for assets and titles together in a single run.
- Even if you play again with the same name, endings are assigned at random, so by playing several times you can see every ending.
